the support is live support and its for assistance removing viruses or help with anything to do with the software.
also if the antivirus cannot remove the virus you can send a log to them by clickin send log and they will respond within an hour telling you what to do.
support can be for anything.
sometimes useful.

hmm thats a nice service. is it free though? like zonealarm charges your credit card or puts it under your phone bill if you talk with them. lol.

Hmm, lately I've been trying out Eset NOD32 and so far it's pretty good. (I had to download a "free and patched" version though, if you know what I mean.) It seems to update virus definitions on the fly and monitors the system like any other antivirus program, but at the same time I don't notice any slow downs during start up and while running the computer. Honestly though, I can't comment on how good it is in protecting against viruses and other forms of malware, because I haven't had any serious threats on my computer yet lol.

actually there is another good option if u guys dun want to pay and dun want to have authority problem.

just use Clamwin, lol
opensource, no need to pay and won't get sue for using pirated stuff.

bullguard is really good and they remove the viruses or if it cant they will email u on how to do it yourself

I personaly use as Anti-Virus Avast :D
For Firewall....i use Primedus (free but if u want to try it , find an old version cose the new one install a spywarelol)
As for scanning Spyware i use : AVG anti-spyware + SpyDefence
For Anti-Trojan i have : Spybot + A2SquadFree

OMG! you have like separate softwares for each job. lol. why don't you use one? like the all-in-ones? well you could try ZoneAlarm Security Suite. its got everything and doesn't slow your computer down. we have it in "softwares", so you could get it from there. and i was using Norton for a few days and it sucks (slows your computer down!)
