Everytime i try putting a dvd into my drive it doesn't read. It just pretends as a CD drive and when i take the dvd out it writes dvd drive again. I put a new windows on here and didn't put anything from the last windows on maybe it's that.

I really dont understand but try unistalling it an the install it again. That always work when I have DVD problems.
