No, I mean that they aren't very reliable when it comes to web hosting. Take a look at some of these reviews. There are more negative reviews than there are positive.

Cirtex is ok. I had Cirtex for like 2 weeks then got rid of it. The space isnt that great and the performance isnt either. Its nice if you need video streaming capabilities. Otherwise if your doing a nice forum, blog, regular site whatever. Their are better options. Dunno where you got those 4 choices, None of them would be on my top list.

Yea Ive heard nothing but bad things about godaddy, Like their domain services are good. Hosting is terrible.
MediaTemple looks pretty good.

I feel like im starting to sound like a HostGator Marketing Agent or something by how often I promote it. But hostgator rocks, Either of these two choices are top notch I'd say.

I have not tried any hosting those who exist in the poll.

There are so many reviews about MediaTemple that say their uptime is terrible.
