what is great (if not best) free web hosting?

Well our free hosting isn't that bad. You get good support that's for sure.

Unlimitedmb.com is good but has shit loads of pop-ups. There are a few overselling LayeredPanel hosts which are alright. But they go down often and don't allow some PHP features.

I would suggest getting a cheap shared hosting. I'm sure other people would know more about free hosting sites than me.

Great service, The only thing that sucks is you have to have 50 posts in the forums before you can have sendmail on and safemode off.
