I dont have a need to upgrade Windows XP still works fine. Also my current machine is a 1.6ghz 512mb piece of shit. I'm not sure how well it will run on that.

My friend installed it from the official disc and got so many problems, it was just insane. Don't know how MS could release it... it's worse then XP was at first also, they're not going to fix this problem. Only thing I like about vista is the graphics, but it uses too much cpu for that even.

I don't know weird. I didn't get all those problems. They'll fix Vista with their service packs just like XP.
