Ok do you guys know where I can get advertising that pays like everytime their ad is shown on my page and that they payout with paypal, or is that not possible?

Yes, there's a service called "CPX interactive". But they have the worst advertisements ever -- often those wretched "shoot the duck and win an iPod" thingies, or "click here to see some breasts". Let's be honest, if you have those advertisements on your site then you are going to cheese people off big-time. I reccommend that you read http://www.upstartblogger.com/banner-blindness -- the sad truth is that the "pay per view" adservers use those stupid garish advertisements. And the commision per pageload is pretty dismal anyway.

Ya adsense is only one seems to be good. But they dont havea regular support system. There are lot of problems facing by the users and they are not responding dont know why. Just see google adsense groups.
It seems that they have got some problem with the adsense now. So many users are effected.
Even i had lot of probelms and even if u message for support they dont respond.
This is a big problem for all adsense users.
