| i dont think it really makes much of a difference. I had a xp and i changed themes and it kept on getting slower everytime man i am serious there is barely any change. And if you have to much music try compressing your msic. I make my music from 5 megabytes to 1.2 megabytes or less |

| Or you could just cut down on the programs that startup or the services that start up when you launch windows. You could also use ccleaner to get back some free space on your hard disk. Although I havn't tried it yet, you could delete some of your unused fonts to reduce system load when you turn your pc on. Also recently I rearranged the data on my harddisk with ultimate defrag and so far my pc has been just about 2x quicker in everything. If it comes down to it just upgrade your hardware
